Bikham Healthcare is seeking a seasoned HR leader who can build, manage, and continuously strengthen the company’s people operations as the organization grows across international markets.
The HR manager will be responsible for leading the HR function end-to-end, including talent acquisition oversight, employee relations, HR policies and compliance, performance management coordination, and organizational culture development.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on-capable of building HR systems and processes in both US and India, while also supporting employees and leadership on day-to-day people matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in India-based HR operations with exposure to US hiring, compliance, and global workforce management. The individual will work closely with the founders and leadership team to ensure that Bikham continues to build a high performance, growth oriented, and positive work culture.
