This is a hands-on development role. You will work closely with the Technical Lead, Product Management, and other engineering team members to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software across the backend, frontend, and cloud layers of the platform.

We are looking for someone who can write clean, reliable code, understand product requirements, contribute to technical discussions, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving product environment.

What You'll Work On
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Build and enhance frontend features using Angular, including reusable components and responsive user interfaces
  • Work with MySQL databases, including schema design, queries, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Integrate with Firebase services including Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, and Security Rules
  • Contribute to event-driven workflows and messaging systems using Apache Kafka
  • Support cloud deployments and platform services on AWS, including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, and related services
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, and release activities
  • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production defects
  • Collaborate with product and QA teams to convert requirements into working software
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, monitoring, and deployment processes
Required Technical Experience

You should have hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, microservices architecture
  • Frontend: Angular, component-based architecture, state management, and UI performance optimization
  • Database: MySQL, schema design, query optimization, and data modeling
  • Messaging: Apache Kafka or similar event-driven messaging systems
  • Cloud: AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, or similar
  • Firebase: Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, and Security Rules
  • DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and deployment workflows
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and MySQL
  • Experience building or contributing to production-grade SaaS or enterprise applications
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, backend service design, and frontend application architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices
  • Ability to debug issues across backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure layers
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with product, QA, and engineering teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have

You should have hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • Experience in healthcare technology, credentialing, payer enrollment, or provider data management
  • Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to performance engineering, load testing, and scalability planning
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code or deployment automation
  • Familiarity with security best practices for cloud-based applications
  • Experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a developer who is practical, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused. You should be comfortable working on real product problems, writing production-ready code, and contributing to a platform that is actively scaling.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, takes ownership of assigned work, and wants to grow with a product-focused healthcare technology company.
