Refund Policy

ALL services on this website are due to be paid monthly, quarterly or annually, after the services are rendered to the client.

ALL payments such as invoices, service charges and overage charges described in the above policy MUST BE RECEIVED BY Bikham Information Technology Pvt Ltd within 30 business days of the date the invoice was issued, unless other Bikham-approved arrangements have been made ahead of time. This applies to ALL clients, without exception.

ALL sales of services are final. We do not offer refunds for services unless they are prepaid. For a refund request of all prepaid services within 30 days, the refund request can be emailed to: finance@bikham.com. For services paid in advance for a period of more than 30 days or any other service, contact our customer care team at 1-800-935-0865.

You agree that access to and use of Bikham is at your own risk and neither Bikham, nor its principals, nor its vendor domain name Registrars, if any, shall be liable for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising from or related to either your use of Bikham or any action or omission of Bikham in providing the service including but not limited to, your access to Bikham’s vendor domain name Registrars, if any, through Bikham’s web site text, link(s), button(s) or banner(s). You further agree to indemnify and hold Bikham and its principals harmless from and with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, joint or several, under statute, common law or otherwise, arising out of, based upon or in connection with access, use, inability to use or misuse of the service.
