The Human Resource Assistant Manager will lead and direct various functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and developing and enforcing company policies and practices. S/He will be responsible for the end to end management of the Human Resources Department and entire employee lifecycle.
S/he must be forward-looking, tech-savvy, and willing to introduce fresh ideas and apply and implement new processes via tech enablement and rethinking or discontinuing redundant and unnecessary systems.
S/he must be resourceful and have excellent research and communication skills with a high intent to get things done—a resolution mindset.
